Governance Board

حلول للسياسات البديلة مشروع بحثي بالجامعة الأمريكية بالقاهرة معني بتقديم مقترحات لسياسات عامة للتعامل مع بعض التحديات التي تواجه المجتمع المصري عن طريق عملية بحثية متعمقة ودقيقة واستشارات موسعة مع مختلف القطاعات المعنية. يقدم المشروع حلولاً مبتكرة ذات رؤية مستقبلية لدعم مجهودات صناع القرار في تقديم سياسات عامة تهدف لتحقيق التنمية العادلة في مجالات التنمية الاقتصادية، وإدارة الموارد والإصلاح المؤسسي.

Alternative Policy Solutions is a non-partisan, public policy research project at the American University in Cairo. Our multidisciplinary teams use state of the art knowledge to develop alternative policy solutions in the fields of socio-economic development, resource management and institutional reform.

عن طريق منهج بحثي متعمق وعملية تشاركية من الاستشارات تستهدف صانعي السياسات ومجموعة واسعة من المعنيين، يقدم المشروع مقترحات مبتكرة للسياسات العامة ترتكز على رؤية مستقبلية لدعم صناع القرار المصريين في تقديم سياسات عامة للتنمية العادلة.&nbsp;

ماذا نفعل ؟

تواجه مصر العديد من الصعاب التي تمثل تحديًا لصناع القرار في موازنة مختلف الأولويات الاقتصادية والاجتماعية والسياسية، مع مراعاة مصالح القطاعات المختلفة بما فيها المجموعات الأكثر عرضة للتهميش والأقل استفادة من عوائد التنمية. في ظل تلك التحديات، يجب إعطاء الأولوية لصياغة نموذج مصري للتنمية العادلة يراعي تحقيق الاستدامة ويحقق معادلة التركيز على الحلول طويلة المدى بدون التأثير على قدرة منظومة السياسات العامة على الاستجابة للأزمات الأكثر إلحاحًا علي المدى القصير.

<div>We use a three-pronged strategy to formulate and advocate our solutions </div>

<li>Evidence-based, actionable public policy research: Our team of experts formulates policy solutions based on a thorough review of all available literature, as well as an original, rigorous analysis of Egypt-specific data to ensure the proposed policies are implementable for Egypt&rsquo;s particular situation.</li>

Our Team

الهدف: سيتولى مسؤول السوشيال ميديا إدارة جميع منصات مشروع حلول للسياسات البديلة. وسيكون مسؤولاً عن الاستماع إلى وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي والاستهداف والمشاركة المجتمعية من خلال حسابات المشروع المختلفة. سيكون المرشح مسؤولاً أيضًا عن التغطية على وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي لفعاليات المشروع، بما في ذلك الحملات والندوات عبر الإنترنت والأحداث العامة.
المسئوليات الرئيسية:

<li dir="rtl">التسويق الرقمي لمنتجات المشروع</li>
<li dir="rtl">الدعاية والتغطية الإعلامية لفعاليات وندوات المشروع على منصات التواصل الاجتماعي</li>

الحد الأدنى من متطلبات التعليم: درجة جامعية في التسويق الرقمي أو التواصل الجماهيري أو المجالات ذات الصلة
الخبرة: من خمس إلى ثماني سنوات من الخبرة السابقة في إدارة وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي أو التسويق الرقمي. تعتبر الخبرة السابقة في ريادة الأعمال الاجتماعية ميزة إضافية.

Purpose: The social media officer will manage all of APS&rsquo; platforms. S/he will be responsible for doing the social media listening, targeting, and community engagement through APS various accounts. The candidate will also be responsible for social media coverage of APS&rsquo; work including campaigns, webinars, and public events.&nbsp;
Principal Accountabilities:&nbsp;

Implementing the APS outreach strategy
</li>
<li dir="ltr" aria-level="1">
Managing the project&rsquo;s social media platforms, and designing the content according to each platform&rsquo;s specificities
</li>
<li dir="ltr" aria-level="1">
Designing and implementing a dissemination plan for each of the policies and research products targeting the specific stakeholders and right audience
</li>
<li dir="ltr" aria-level="1">
Developing creative and informative social media campaigns to mark specific occasions
</li>
<li dir="ltr" aria-level="1">
Digital marketing of APS products
</li>
<li dir="ltr" aria-level="1">
Publicity and coverage of APS events and webinars on social media platforms
</li>
<li dir="ltr" aria-level="1">
Reporting on social media performance and making recommendations
</li>
</ul>
Requirements:&nbsp;
Minimum Education Requirement: University degree in digital marketing, mass communication or related fields
Experience: Five to eight years of previous experience in social media management or digital marketing. Previous experience in social entrepreneurship is a plus.&nbsp;
Skills:
