<h2>مصر تؤمِّن 200 ألف طن قمح روسي بتمويل من البنك الدولي</h2>
أعلنت الهيئة العامة للسلع التموينية (GASC)، وهي المشتري الحكومي الرئيسي &nbsp;للحبوب في مصر، عن عقد صفقة لاستيراد 200 ألف طن من القمح الروسي، وذلك في إطار برنامج دعم الأمن الغذائي والمرونة المموَّل من البنك الدولي.

<h2>البنك المركزي المصري ينهي نظام الاعتمادات المستندية للاستيراد</h2>
أعلن البنك المركزي المصري إنهاء العمل بنظام الاعتمادات المستندية في كافة العمليات الاستيرادية، والمعمول به منذ فبراير 2022، والعودة إلى العمل بنظام مستندات التحصيل، وذلك عملًا بمطالبات صندوق النقد الدولي خلال مفاوضات حزمة الدعم الأخيرة (بقيمة 3 مليارات دولار)، والتي تمت الموافقة عليها قبل أسابيع.

<h2>متطلبات جديدة للزواج؟</h2>
في يونيو الماضي، كلف رئيس الجمهورية عبد الفتاح السيسي لجنة قضائية خاصة للعمل على مشروع جديد لقانون الأحوال الشخصية، بهدف تنظيم منازعات الزواج والطلاق. يهدف المشروع إلى معالجة الارتفاع في معدلات الطلاق التي وصلت إلى 14.7٪ في عام 2021 وفقًا لوكالة الإحصاء الرسمية للدولة. كما صرحت وزيرة التضامن الاجتماعي أن تقريباً 25 من كل 100 زواج تنتهي بالطلاق، خاصةً للمصريين بين 25 و 30 عامًا.

Egypt's main grain buyer, the General Authority for Supply Commodities (GASC), has announced a deal for 200,000 tons of Russian wheat under the World Bank-backed Emergency Food Security and Resilience Support Project.

<h2>Central Bank of Egypt Ends Letter of Credit System for Importing</h2>
After a gradual phasing out since October 2022 , the Central Bank of Egypt (CBE) revoked the system requiring importers to obtain letters of credit (LC) for their purchases, which was instituted February 2022 and returned to the cash-against-documents system for importing goods. This decision comes as one of the several requirements by the International Monetary Fund (IMF) for a $3 billion support package approved weeks ago.

<h2>New Requirements for Marriage?</h2>
In June 2022, president Abdel-Fattah El-Sisi directed the formation of a judicial committee to redraft Egypt's personal status law, aimed at regulating marriage disputes and divorce. The endeavor attempts to address a surge in divorce rates which reached 14.7% in 2021 according to the state&rsquo;s official statistical agency CAPMAS. The Minister of Social Solidarity has stated that almost 25 out of every 100 marriages end in divorce, noticeably for Egyptians aged 25-30. &nbsp;
